Mg University — no response regarding migration certificate

I passed my b. A from mahatmagandhi university in 2015... I have applied for my migration certificate as i have taken admission for b. Ed and paid my admission fee but now they r asking for my migration certificate i have already mailed mgu nd called there customer care but they r not replying now i don't know what to do as i immediately need my migration certificate please help!
