Mg University — Non receipt of courier service bills since december 2015

Respected Concerned,

I have been providing your esteemed organisation with courier services sinceqquite a long time now. The name of my firm is S.B. Solutions and the company name is DTDC Express Services. Till the month of November 2015 I have received the bills submitted well in time but from December 2015 I havenot recei a single penny from your institution. It has already been 5 months and literally everyday I call up your 13th mile, Khanapara campus where I provide my services to but no action has been taken. Everyday I am given a fresh excuse. I request your kind intervention into the matter and resolve the issue as I am facing extreme difficulties with it.
