Mg University — original certificate inquiry & payment

Dear sir/madam,

My name is mohammed abdul saleem and i had applied for my migration certificate of degree on 11th july 2017 and paid inr. 12, 000/- under the tatkal category.

Meanwhile i'm trying to reach mu university customer care (+[protected]/[protected]/[protected] since past 1 week but did not get any single response.

Even tho i had sent emails to [protected]@mgu. Edu.in but here too did not get an a single response.

Purpose of my calls & emails to mgu is to inquire that when i can expect my original certificate and to get confirmation.

I would like to request kindly resolve my issue.
