Mg University — regards mgu provisional certificate

I have not received my provisional certificate till yet. So many problems because of this i am facing please help me out am literally begging you for this.
Am 2016 pass out syudent. Almost one and a half year passed.
I had paid for this already...
I ahve been waiting so long hoping to get the result of my labour and time i had given to persuade bca from this university.
Please for god sake i need it eagerly. Kindly provide me its really very urgent... I beg you...
