I've made a payment of rs.2, 500/- on 24th january '19 and another amount of rs.2, 500/- on 25th january '19 towards transcript/attestation and international courier charge (Wes canada). A total of rs.5, 000/- has been paid to mgu till date. I no longer require these transcripts as the plan has been canceled. I would like to have the concerned team process the refund of rs.5, 000/- as soon as possible? I've attempted to contact via email and phone various times. No one till date has acknowledged this or routed me to the concerned contact.
