I am student of mgu and currently working in abroad. Trying to contract university but fail to contact then regarding transcript for wes (World education services) for canada. I don't know how and whom should i contact and in which number. Note :transcript for (Canada) charges and process must be mentioned in university portal (Website) Highly unprofessional people working in customer service o[censored]niversity. They never answer the call. Management have to take serious steps to resolve the issued faced by customers. Hope management will take action to solve customer service and other loop holes.
