Dear sir,

I have done mba from mgu meghalaya in 2013.
I have applied for provisional certificate as well as migration certificate in october 2014. But till january 2017 i didn't get both certificates.

Today again i have applied for provisional certificate as well as migration certificate in september 2017 with 5000 rs. Fees. It's very urgent for my carrer groth,
So please deliver my both certificates as soon as possible.
