My self Manoj Kumar Rohilla I having two mobile connection on is [protected] of bsnl company and
[protected] of vodafone Punjab
I am receiving promotional massages for Mgingr company again and again although I have registered my mobile no in dnd
I make many request to the company for not sending me this massages and I this regard I make many complains in 1909
My first complaint was registered with Vodafone 1909 with complaint no [protected]
This complaint was close by Vodafone by saying that they have issue warning letter to mgingr for not sending massage to the numbers mention above.
But all in vain but the company is still sending me massage. I am receiving 1 massage daily
Now on 24.12.2012 I again receive massage for this company I decide to complaint again this company
Today my complaint no is[protected] with Vodafone 1909

I am requesting you to take some strong action against this company
And kindly impose penalty to the company for again and again sending massage to these number when the owner of the company request for not sending massages and under DND Registry
I am giving you’re the body of massage which I receive on 24/12/2012 near about 2 pm

I am very hopeful by coming in this forum , that my request is now in the right hands.
and i request to all pls don't give your number to any unwanted company. they use it for promotional massages

I purchased a RCB Polo Gents wrist watch which carried a guarantee of 1 year,from mginger.com vide order #276249 for Rs.599.00 +50.00 COD, which was delivered around thee 27the of October 2012. 1). Withein a few days o[censored]sage thee strap started opening out . 2).The glass fell off a number of times and had to be stuck. and 3). The watch went dead and stopped working within a month. Repeated complaints to [protected]@mginger.com (their complaint ticket No.411518 of 29/11/2012) proved futile. I have even sent them photographs of the Wrist watch as per their request but after that I have not heard from them any further.

I request all consumers to stop using mginger.com for theeir shopping as theey are cheats and not customer friendly.

i have placed an order vide order No.274131 on[protected] with
mGinger. it was informed to me that my consignment was dispatched on
[protected] through AFL vide
Consignment Number [protected]. But so far i have not received
the consignment from AFL. I have made several complaints but in vain.
The consignment is to shipped from bangalore to Mahabubnagar. But
even after lapse of about one month the AFL(FedEx Express) not
dispatching my consignment for the reasons better known to them. AFL
providing very poor service to the customers as there is no response
from them on several complaints. mGinger also not making any effort
for delivery. Either AFL deliver my consignment or mGinger refund my
money paid online.

Ordered a Gadget Set online at mginger.com. The order was received after more than 15 days, even when it was a city (Gwalior) and it was written on website that it'll be delivered within 4 days. Second and most disappointing this is that 2 of the products were defective - Web Cam and Speakers. Speakers were not functional as well as very small in size, unlike what was showing in website. Webcam was of different company and wasn't functional too. After many days of registering complaint, they sent courier person and he took both the products. There was no response from them after that. After much of efforts, they sent me "same Webcam" and different speakers, this time "used non functional speakers" broken from backside. This time I only returned speakers, as my trust was broken and I needed speakers urgently. After complaining many times again, I've only got replies and that too on very few occasions. My speakers are still with them for over 3 months now but no response from them.

I made a order of 6 Pocket Cargo Trouser on Mginger on 29th of october through my Debit card of amount 599/- They said the order will deliver within 5-7 days. From the day there is no response from them i made many calls to their customer care at[protected] but they are not lifting the call and i made mails to them, no response from. There is no support from them. Such a bad service they are providing. please help on this issue.

I had ordered a pack of 3 shirts for Rs.599 through NetBanking on 02 oct 2012 in www.mginger.com. Untill now, I didn't receive my ordered pack. I gave a lot of complaints it to [protected]@mginger.com. But they didn't response my message. While I am checking my order status, it shows "dispatched". But while i m enquiring to the courier (DTDC), they said that the company didn't dispatch the package to them. I Booked one online Cargo Pant worth Rs 599 + 50(COD). The product was not at all worthy for Rs 599/- and during the product delivery they asked my Cell no which I registered. Now the web site is sending product promotional SMS on both of my Cell no. My cell no belongs to TATA DOCOMO And IDEA.


I want further suggestions in this regard.....

I have ordered a pair of cargo pants on 27th Oct. 2012. I immediately received a confirmation email. Thereafter NOTHING! The contact no. of the company is always busy and they did not respond to my 2 emails. I have been shopping online for a few years and this first bad experience. I fear I have lost my money. So, people, BEWARE OF M-GINGER. Don’t buy anything from this site.

I had purchased wired mouse combo (1 wired mouse + 2 formal shirts) for rs.499/- from mginger.com on 20th sep'2012 through online purchase. The product was delivered on 30/09/2012 without the main product wired mouse. The package was delivered to my sister-on-law. It was not properly packed instead just taped one layer. I noticed that 2 shirts are already opened and kept inside without proper folding and the quality of the shirts are very very poor. They don't even cost 150/- in local market.
I sent a mail explaining all the things to [protected]@mginger.com on 02/10/2012 and got a reply from [protected]@mginger.com. I had replied to their query 2-3 times but till date no resolution from their side. Even i tried to contact them over phone but none of the phones[protected] /[protected] are working.

In this regard i request you to kindly follow up with them and resolve me issue.

The product that has been sent by Mginger doesnot matches my choice means the images which were shown in their advertisement on the website.Neither the watch nor the Jeans even the size of the jeans also donot meet the standard size it is useless for me. My Order Number is - 238947,Deal Name - Super Saver Combo.When i mailed them about this they told me that they are going to arranged for a reverse pickup of your product at no additional cost.
But no one came yet to take the packet back from me and now they are not even replying to me.Please Take some action against this online shopping site they are really fraud ,so that they couldn't cheat any one else in future.

Hi Friends,

I'm Dinesh Kumar from bangalore, even I also faced the same issue with mginger, I have place the order jewellery combo worth for 699.00 Rs, this combo included Iron box, mini cooker and jewell set. But you can't imagine the product what they sent it to me was worthy only 250 Rs that much worst material, even I sent lot of mails to them but no response, we want to teach some good lessons to this stupid culprit company. They have only one customer care number even which it was always busy.

My feelings is have to teach good lessons to this fraud company other wise this people will cheat other people and will learn money.

I am going to file civil case against them.

Dear Sir,

I'lm Chethan from bangalore, i have received a promotional mail of super saver pack which includes denim jeans+wrist watch in mginger, so i ordered. In mail it is clearely mention as demin jeans, but when the product was delivered at my residence i was cheated by them because they have sent a local brand jeans called cyber jeans which is not at all worth for even 150RS. Sir my humble request is that please help me to refund my money 550Rs and take strict action against mginger.

I purchased a Blackberry torch from Mginger. it worked well but then i had some issues and for the same i went to the Service center where they refused to accept it and advised me to ask the vendor. now i cannot reach mginger or its call center. noone seems to reply to mails. It is still under warranty but what is the use when that warranty is not being accepted.

I show a ad which was forwarded to my gmail a/c by mginger. The ad was about a Order for Super Saver Combo which shows a US Polo Jeans and a watch o[censored]S Polo. I ordered the same but when received the order, i was shocked to see the old fashion jean hows stitching was coming out and it zip was broken with unknown brand. the watch was like street type. For 2 days i'm trying to contact mginger, mailed them twice and even sms them on there both numbers but noone is picking them. plz don't buy anything from mginger becz they are fake. I'm going to consult my lawyer for this fraud.

My Name is John Dalvi. I had ordered a watch which came online in my mail from a online shopping website with the name M-Ginger. The mail said that the product would be from the original company of POLO and are 100% genuine, forget about the free gift. The price of the watch that was put up on the mail was Rs 3999/- and after the discount the price mentioned was 499/-. Happy that this was a good deal I went ahead and ordered one of this piece. However when I received the product I felt that I was cheated. The product does not look worth Rs 200/- also.

I have seen a lot of copies of original watches like these and I never opted for any of those. The numbers on the dial look like they are hand painted without any finish. The number 3 on the dial has a little rust marks on them. I sent a mail to the company back and they replied to me stating that they will arrange for a pickup and that once I will send them the product back they will replace it. It has bee around 1 week that I sent the product back but have not received any replacement nor have received any update from M ginger. Please help me.
