t shirts combo pack — non delivery of product

I have also face similar problem. I have been cheated from mginger. They Give Cheap and Outdated Products
(probably from hawkers), which is completely differect from the actual picture shown on the website.
pls friends don buy anything from this site

The jeans they give u is 2nd hand or Defective and back dated style.
They 'Branded Wrist watch' is just a scrap of 100/- from Hawkers labelled 'reebok' lol..


I have complain about them in ' Consumer Forum' Recently. Let see.

same problem happened with me difference is i got the product but some used jeans which was size 40 instead 34..mginger is a fraud site.

For this super saver comba they have cheated every one, when i asked about the denim brand they mail us that denim is not a brand, wat to say for this ...? They are very big frauds, & i have saw so many complaints against mginger but the consumer forum also has not taken any actions on them..

i received my product on 30th of July and same day i send the email to mginger.com to change the product or refund my cash but the site did not give any respond of my mails.

As per the online advertisement i have book the headphone set + blue max mobile is just only rs 999. He shows online Mginger provide cash on delivery service but in a real he cant provide cash on delivery service. In a two months before i have book one order and my order number is 163842. and pay the cash by using sbi debit card.

After one week he send the defected second hand and damage product. when i got the product and check i have complain the mginger company by using email or telephone both but he do not response. after one month i have lot of time trying to contact he says mginer courier service is not availabe in your area so please return the damaged product we will back to fresh product. As per telephonic discussion i have send the product by indian courier service. But still they not send the product and he doesnt reply my mail or phone.

the product received in good condition and unfortunately the product trouser height doesn't suit to me and also the product little defective. Hence I have made a return request to refund for this.

Customer Care doesn't response till now the request started on 24-jul-2012 and the reminder mail sent on 27-jul-2012. But till now no response.

For this case once they have replied with reverse pickup and sent the product again but the product mentioned as combo offer, at the return i received only Jeans Pant and not the watch..

What i have asked was Please make refund but they have sent the product .. even though I don't like the product I accepted the product but they haven't sent back the pant and there is no single response from their side.!!

Mginger.com — non delivery of item

I have ordered on 20th Feb 2013 Innovage Wireless Headphone vide ORDER ID 371781 and Bluetooth Combo vide ORDER ID 371786. Yesterday i.e. 11/3/2013 I received the wireless headphone vide order 371781, this after making a complaint in the forum. I am yet to receive any delivery details or even confirmation of the material delivered for the second item Order ID 371786. Please help me in getting the second item (blue tooth combo) despatched first and delivered to my residence. I have sent mails to customer support and also to the orders dept daily to confirm the details and also mail me the shipping details. it is about a month from the date of my order and iam yet to receive any mail on these items. I have also made the payment online. Please send me the item as the delivery of the item is to be made in 3-7 days. this information i got from the mginger website on tracking for the order id. please send me a reply about the status and also ship the item immediately. also send me a mail reg the shipping details.

I tried to cal you 100 times but always user busy or no response and even i have draft a mail also. I never came across this type of problem in any other shopping site. Hi sir,

I had Ordered Denim Jeans (Austin Polo Wrist Watch) from the site (http://mginger.com/deal/super-saver-combo-p-431).and I got Local Jeans and China watch which is not even worth of Rs 50/-- and I got it after 10 Days .there are following problem with Jeans
1.The jean was not genuine and its seems already used by someone
2.There is no button in the Pant top as well(in buckle)
3.There are many tared holes in the Pant.
4.The Pant is not even worth for Rs 75 but i purchased for Rs 399.
5.There is no Belt Loops in that Pant.

The most important thing is customer support number[protected] is invalid.i Have sent 2 mail to customer support team([protected]@mginger.com) and there is no reply.

My order Number is 193272 and order date:17th july 2012.

i received product from Following address:
1st floor, #573, 20th main, Koramangala 8th Block, Bangalore 560095.

Mginger — Damaged Product delivered

Order Number: 81902

On 28th August, i have ordered a product with the mentioned order#. I have received a damaged product.

I contacted mginger on 2nd September. Till now they have not replaced with a product which is not damaged.

Whom to contact is not known, as the support of mginger is saying, we will replace and it is almost 20 days,

i am just waiting for mgingers mail.

This gives a experience of not to do any more deals with mginger, which is not able to respond to a

customer in a proper way.
