I hate shopping mginger really...It was the worst online shopping experience yet!!!
I have ordered a product and got a confirmation call next day and the guy asked me to deliver product in 5-7 days...
But i could not get my product even its about two weeks.
i dropped lot of email but no reply!!! that's limit!!!

I am arun, mGinger Order Number: 184936 dated 12/07/2012. After 11 days from the date of payment , product not dispatched from Bangalore till date.My overnite Courier AWB No.is [protected] dtd 18/07/2012. Tracking details is not available in the overnite courier web site. I think they are cheating. Mail sent to mginger ([protected]@mginger.com and [protected]@mginger.com) several times.but no reply. What should i do.

I`m really disappointed with Service of Mginger service, i've purchased a wrist watch for Rs. 449 by online shopping on COD(Cash on delivery) option but it has really left a bad impression since they have given me a stop watch which does not work. According to their procedure it was suppose to reach me within 5-6 days but the package reached me after 10 days, so as i opened the package it was found that the watch was not working from the very beginning.Please take some action regarding this fraudulent company.

As per Order No=152814 Rechargeable Fan has been delivered on 7th May-2012 in damaged condition of Fan blades. The order date is 26th April-2012 and you want to suppose to deliver the product within 7 days but order delivered after 11 days only. So for the replacement of the damaged product they want to pick up the product from their side by any courier service. Due to unsuitable courier services they have not picked up the product till now. 3 Weeks they informed to sent VPP post. But it is not free service, for this services customer also to be paid money to sent the product. So before 2 weeks back they arranged pick up by Aramex courier services but they have not picked up. Again 1 week back they arranged pick up by Bluedart courier services but they also not picked up. Till date 45 days has been completed nobody picked up the product for replacement and there is no proper response from mGinger by email and phone also.So kindly take the necessary action regarding mGinger.com for the replacement product or to refund my money to my account as soon as possible.

What we received is Medium Size Tee Shirt.

When asking for exchange they were verymuch reluctant.

They were not agreeing for Exchange or Refund.

This is absolute Online Cheating.

I booked a Product (2 AXE Deo and 2 Round Neck Tees) from Mginger .com on 2-May-2012, Then on 3-May-2012 I sent an cancellation request mail to the support team. They replied back with their confirmation regarding cancelling the order. But in the Mginger website tacking order section on 5-May-2012 it shows the order has been shipped.

After getting a confirmation from your support team for cancelling the order, How dare you will ship the product. I asked for cancellation I even sent 3 more email but No reply from your team. Its a very horrible experience from my side.

I would not prefer anyone to take up any product from Mginger hereafter. Very worst response from the Mginer. Once your money is gone it will never be refunded thats what the policy of Mginger. Guys be carefull.

I placed an order on 22.12.2011 to purchase 'Jodi offfer' of mobiles (Viva Q6 and Viva11 mobile offer) by mGinger.com. I received my courier against it on date 28.12.2011 containing the mobiles.
I purchased an jodi offer mobile by online purchasing. One of them is totally defective, I returned it to the company, but still now they have not send me any mobile against the defective mobile. I called them many times and they kept me hold on over phone too much longer times. Finally they are not sending me any mobile. They say every time they will sent it but they never sent any mobile still now.

I returned the defective product on date 28.01.2012 by Blue Dart which AWB No. is [protected]. It was received there by Mr. Vinay. Its courier charges Rs 300.00 I had to pay here in Agra, this charges was extra to me than the product charges which was in the order no. 142465 date 22.12.2011.

My order no is 126279 "Digital Weighing Machine". It is not working since I purchased. It only shown my weight on First day and after that I switched on to check weight it did not switch on. It clearly shows FAULTY PRODUCT DELIVERED.

I sent email to mginger and I got reply on 18 Jan 2012 that very soon New Piece (Product) will be replaced for faulty one.

Since then there is no reply. I want New Machine or MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY

I am even receiving advertisement messages for which as per company's policy I will get credit of 20ps.

I gave an online order for delivery of a consignment on Oct 24 2011....As per the delivery terms it was mentioned that it will be delivered to me in 4-5 Business days....After doing so much of follow-ups but still i haven't received my order..........Kindly suggest me what should i do..........

i am manoj kumar from hardoi utter pradesh i am fraudulent by the mginger online shopping store company , i purchased a micromax x100 Mobile which having a Diwali offer a reliance digital dth connection with four month subscription free this offer having only a condition *installation charge extra (no other charge not shown by the company in his advertisement of Diwali offer) i placed my order on 23 oct 2011 through online payment and i received this order on 3 nov 2011 this order include a micromax moblie and a reliance digital tv start-up kit(which having only a serial number card [protected]) after receiving reliance dth start up kit i descriptioned with reliance company for installation of dth connection but reliance company was not allowed my connection with offer company demanding full charges(1000/- rupees) with 4 month subscription charges (this four month subscription given me free from the mginger company in Diwali offer)
but reliance company said that reliance company not launched or bond with any offer with mginger company so reliance company not give you free subscription and take full payment on installation, after this problem i tried to descriptioned with mginger company but mginger company not give any response but after some time company description with me and said that 800 rupees you give the reliance company for installation, company said that mginger company description with reliance company and your problem is solve a team of reliance company come to your home and install the connection and you paid for this only 800 rupees .
after this i descriptioned with reliance company again for installation the device but reliance company again said that the reliance company charged full payment(1000 rupees included four month subscription charge) with subscription charge (four month subscription is free with my order) then i again descriptioned with mginger company for this problem but this time mginger company not give any suitable response and said that please give full payment to the reliance company for installation and mginger company did not give other solution to you
so mginger company not give me my suitable Diwali offer
after this i go the my local market for knowing the actual price of installation and price of reliance dth connection
market price of dth connection is only 1200 rupees with four month subscription free
and also finding the price of installation of dth connection which is maximum 200 to 300 rupees only of every dth company

sir i also having all the proof of the mginger company which shows the full description of Diwali offer condition

i ordered Utility Combo (12MP Web Cam + Multimedia Speakers + USB Hub + 4GB PenDrive + Headphone) order no. 112216 on 14th Oct., 2011, the same was deleivered on 19th Oct but the 12MP Web Cam is not showing picture clearly and Headphone is not working.
Request the company to the email either replace with the Web Cam (as much as clear 12 MP) & Headphone (Working) or refund the payment I made with the Credit Card (Rs999/)

I m Vibin Chrity from kerala,Last week I ordered RCB Polo Club Gents wrist Watch from mginger of worth Rs.499 with order no:103509 ,Within 1 week I recieved it and as I opened it ,I saw it was an used watch and that time I had a doubt about it and I went to check it in the watch showroom and they told that the machine inside it is duplicate and it will not even work for few days..

I am Subhasis Roy form kolkata. I have ordered a Foce sunglass which was to be delivered with 3 free reebok T-Shirts. It was booked on 2nd sepand order no was 84505, Payment option was taken as Cash on delivery. It was dispatched via Amramexand and dispatched Date was 17 Sep 2011.

On 22nd I have received the order. But surprizingly I found that the Sunglass I order is not the same one which I had received. The quality is very very poor. This kind of sunglasses we mainly found in footpath shops. Again I have received a photoframe which was not ordered. I dont know what kind of cheating business is that. This kind of companies must be banned. I want either replacement of my ordered sunglass or want my money back.
Please take a positive step against this fraud ones.

N.B: I am giving the photos of the original sunglass which was booked and the received one.
