I have placed my order no. 76068 on 20.08.2011 and after that I had received a shippment no.[protected] of Aramex courier, which was found incorrect while tracking the same. It shows that the product was delivered to a place in Trivandrum, whereas the product should have got delivered at Howrah. More over the product I have booked and the product delivered are different.

I mailed them several times but everytime I am receiving...

Faulty Giordano wrist watch was send to me by courier by mginger. I have given them written complaint and as well has called up to do the replacement.

It has been around a month that they are saying that they will replace it. Howerver, there is no action taken against it. I have made several calls to their support number but there is no response on when and how they are going to replace it....

I have recently ordered a Blackberry storm 9530 on mginger. After one day i got a confirmation call and he told me that i will get my product in 5 to 7 days. after one week i mailed them about the product and they replied that it will reach me in three days. Now it has been two weeks and i haven't got my product yet. when I email then there is no reply. someone please solve this....

I recently bought a Blackberry Storm 9530 from mGinger via order number 38927.
The handset that they have delivered is a faulty one. The display screen is dislocated from the body by at least 2mm and is obviously stuck in place using a cellotape!

When contacting the call center, instead of acknowledging the problem being reported - they challenge that this is a normal appearance of the handset.

I ordered a Giordano Classy Watch vide order no. 35160 on 17th May 2011, the same was deleivered on 18th May but the watch came with a White Dial (I ordered for a Black One) and also the same is not working.
Request the company to either replace with the Giordano Black Classy watch (Working) or refund the payment I made with the Credit Card (Rs549/)

I have referred 120 peoples through my website to www.mginger.com.

As per their website they have to pay Rs2/- per referral.

But they have taken the referrals from me and have not credited the amount to my account.

When contacted they are not replying.

www.mginger.com is a SCAM WEBSITE.

Do not waste your energy by referring to them because they will NOT PAY YOU.br...

I receive couple of sample packet which was not requested from my end. inside the packet there were somE pads of whisper and really getting confused from where these sample packets are coming to me. kindly make them stop sending these sample packets which is really not required from our side and if more on the way please stop them and make me free from these disturbance and i dont want that i fall in any further problem...

my earnings are not increasing even inviting the friends. please take action...

I am giving is complaint against mGinger company, Bangalore. This company gives much more assurances to join new memebers and after joining there website, this company only 2 or 3 SMS Advertisment and then it cannot send any Advertisment. This company firstly said we were sending 5 to 10 SMS AD daily, but cannot do. After complainting their officer told that join maximum number of members at your downline.
