Even whenever I try their customer care number its always busy... I had even tried the number of Mr. Hemanth Kumar of operations ([protected]) but its always no reply...What a customer service...first they take money and then they neither deliver the product nor properly update about the status.

I am waiting for my money back from last 3 month and havn't recieved any amount. They sent me cheque with wrong payee name and want me to send that check, one person told me distroy and will send you new one. But so far nothing happen.

They having wrong treatment of customer and just cheating.

All customer care and person at there end are useless for you. What they told you will always new to other team member.

Mginger is not providing my money back. I did one order and finally got message order unsucessful. But payment deducted from bank. When i contact mginer the cheque they provided me with wrong payee name, my bank refuse to pay. When i sent query to them they are saying they will deduct 350/ Rs from my account to issues another cheque.

Last email i sent waiting for reply, no response from them.


"As i mentioned the cheque you sent me with wrong payee and it was not my fault to do correction. Since at your end payee name was mentioned. So can you please check with your account why it was wrong payee and why you will deduct the payment. My bank refuse to pay the money due to payee name?


Can you please check with account about payee name and ask him about the mistake and why customer will need to suffer?

I too order super saver combo from mginger.com which includes a denim jeans + wrist watch in 449/-(COD), i received the product & i was shocked by seeing very cheap & old jeans smelling very pungent, the product was not branded as mentioned in the advertisement, i wrote a complaint on mentioned id ( [protected]@mGinger.com ) but got no any response from there side, i want my money back.
please someone take strict action against such fraud company so that no one get cheated.

Mginger.com — Faulty blackberry delivered

I bought a Blackberry Storm 9530 from mGinger. My mobile reference is [protected]. The phone was defective and so I have returned the phone to mginger. The phone has been returned in Oct-2011. They promised for refund of money but not yet refunded. They are not picking phone even when called.

Please dont buy anything from Mginger. The products that show on their website is different from what they send u on purchase. Recently I ordered "Military Cargo Shorts With Army Multi Tool Knife". They claimed that the cargo is worth 1199 and they are giving it for 699. However, the cargo that they send is not worth more than 200. Its made up of such inferior quality material and has such awkward design that u can only wear it in bed at night. They are total cheats. I am going to file complaint against them. We should not be in a hurry to comment like them FRAUD. They have clarified in FAQs about all your questions. 1. They are taking referral in to account only when they join. 2. advertisement messages will be sent as soon as they get proper advertisements, as this is a recent industry ads on mobile. When it catches fire, sure you are there to admire them. Certainly it takes time. Our common sense should work, how they are giving us? It should come from somewhere. That somewhere is product manufacturers. They heve to give ads. Then only it works smoothly. They have not taken our single paisa.

DONT BUY A SINGLE PRODCT IN MGINER, THEY ARE CHEATERS, I ORDERED I BALL MOBILE PHONE WORTH OF 1599, ON MGINER, I PAID THE AMOUNT ONLINE,15 DAYS PASSED STILL THEY DIDNT SEND ANY PRODUCT, TO ME, WHEN EVER I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ON MAIL, THEY ALWAYS SAID,THEY ARE PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT, BUT REALLY STILL NOW THEY DIDNT SEND ANY PRODUCT.

Mginger is not providing my money back. I did one order and finally got message order unsucessful. But payment deducted from bank. When i contact mginer the cheque they provided me with wrong payee name, my bank refuse to pay. When i sent query to them they are saying they will deduct 350/ Rs from my account to issues another cheque.

Last email i sent waiting for reply, no response from them.


"As i mentioned the cheque you sent me with wrong payee and it was not my fault to do correction. Since at your end payee name was mentioned. So can you please check with your account why it was wrong payee and why you will deduct the payment. My bank refuse to pay the money due to payee name?


Can you please check with account about payee name and ask him about the mistake and why customer will need to suffer?

sir i have book an order on the Site mginger.com for the product(one Bluetooth headset, one mp3 player, data cable & ear phone) on 19 aug 2011.i have purchase Cash on Delivery mood, after book the order i give the confirmation of my Order by receiving a call with in 15 minutes. the agent had told me that these product will be dispatch you 5-7 working days. Today i received a courier by AFL, & i paid total amount 649 rs. after than when i open the packing, there was only ear phone lead in damage box, there was 3 more product missing. Immediately i complain the delivery boy he was told me that it is not his responsibility. then i call his Senior he was told contact to shopping company. i had to do payment.
