Sir it is defective . i receive it on tuesday 11/8/2015 i check it but hasnot backup of power . i call many times on your customer care but your customer care not recieve my call. plz refund or exchange it quickly within 3-5 days otherwise i refer to consumer court with complete proof and clues.i attach my bill.
