I have placed order One mobile phone from MI.com online on 13th September 2023 and estimated delivery timing given buy MI.com was 19th September but I have not received product on given time and vendor also not tried to connect with me and not given any updated related to products, so on 20 September 2023 I tried to connect with Mi Support team on given number[protected] after that I asked to raise complain and MI.com support team raised but Issue was not resolved and I have not received any update from MI.com support team, after that also me and my friends tried to connect with MI.com support team from mi.com chat, twitter, mail but till now Issue not resolved I have neither received my product not refund company support team just saying to wait 3-4 day, 3-7 every time. but not giving me correct and clear information or time estimation.
