Mi.com — Received a defective mi basic earphone | |||
I have brought a mi basic earphone from mi.com/in ordered on 5th Oct. 2016 and received on 15th Oct. But the earphone was defective and right ear have no sound. So immediately called to them and then I filed complained to them, they gave me a complaint no and told that they replace it with a new one but till there is no reply from them.They also told that they will pick up my product and replace it with new one. on 17the oct 2016 they called me and told me that they initiated my replacement process but two days after when i called to them and asked for my replacement process status they refused to pickup my defective mi earphone. what can i do now.so please help me.
