Sir, i buy the redmi note 4 mobile. It has mic problem. I also taken to service. But it happens again. I heard that redmi note 4 mobiles mostly all has mic problem. Redmi company selling this goods with faulty problems. Please taken this as a serious case. I want money return back or do any favour step to me. I have also faced same problem recently. Plz check is it voice call related problem or it is not at all producing any sound. If it only voice call related then check whether it works if speaker phone is on.
