I’ve received damaged handset (Redmi2 Prime), received on 24th August’15. I’ve circled the damage area in the pic attached. They told me to email on service.[protected]@xiaomi.com..it shows delivery failed. I want new handset or refund. I had a online chat with Agent name Bhoomika, she explained that it will take 48 hrs to check. Was this information helpful? | |||
