Mi India — Product not delivered

Its about 1 month and 15 days and my product is not delivered to me and payment is given to them i.e.rs.12000 and my order id is [protected] and my complaint no. Is[protected] and they only saying me to wait for some days from last 30 days and there were no update to be provided and i am very helpless in this case please help me in this case to solve my problem. I am really thankful to u.

WiFi is not connecting to any network shareit also not working because of wifi .in my office they are giving free WiFi but I can't connect to it. Please help to sort out from it...

My new mi have some problam so i go to care then they told me come affert 3 week i go to affter 3 weeks so they tell me come after one month so this is so wrong with me they think we have no work in our home
