Mi India — Redmi Note 3 | |||||
I aced an order for Redmi Note 3 about 19 days ago, when I found that the camera is not good enough I cancelled the order before it got delivered, still a delivery guy called me that it's about to delivered I said I wish to cancel it and it got cancelled. I was waiting for my refund and called, chatted, emailed Mi customer care they said it will be refunded soon, now they say it was refunded on 8th Jun and gave me a transaction Id:[protected] and asked me to talk to my bank. I am attaching my screenshot of the transaction I made. I talked to my bank and checked my transaction online but can't see anything also the money wasn't refunded. They asked me to send a screenshot which I did and got no response. I am expecting some help from you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
