[Resolved]  Mi India (Xiaomi) — Poor after sales service

I had purchase mi 4 on 10-07-15.

Handset handed over authorized mi service center at dadar mumbai m/s v care informatics on[protected].

Complaint no is vcd002474,

After frequent followup they only reply that your handset is under maintenance and say wait for some time. Their representative deny to give proper information. So i want replacement for the handset and same model should be replaced.

Sir As per my knowledge considering this issue from last 4 months company has not taken any necessary action to resolve this issue. i have called Mi support more than 50 times, they are not responding and even mailed but no reply, neither sharing any information regarding status of my device, saying same common copy paste answer that is " part is not available, Issue is escalated on higher end please wait for some time" i am fed up of hearing this hearing from last 4 months. They just provide false information Yesterday also i spoken to them for two hours, still they are not giving any commitment when i will get my device back. their representative said me that they give redmi note 3 in replacement of MI4 which is a price of 15000rs. i asked them why replacement with lower version with less price device. they said its depreciation so like this. lot of discussion happened, i explained everything from my side, MI support is not looking customers satisfaction just debating, i also requested to end this issue as earliest but they said sir wait form some time. # Email and phone numbers [email protected] & 7045559253, 02224328808, 7314343000 sir Bellow mentioned these are the same reply from MI support in common type format Response By Email (Rishabh) (05/19/2016 01:04 PM) Hi anu, , Greetings from Mi India Customer Support.
