I am complaining about the service of mi phone from 1 year as my mi note 3 mobile under adp not repaired.. I tried to call them several times but they are either rude or not responding or keeping me on hold and then disconnecting the line. Even they are not responding my emails. My concern is if you cannot repair the mobile why are you providing accidental damage protection plan. On top you have charged rs 340 for the repair and rs 600 for adp plan and also wasted my 12 months time. I have not used the phone for even 9 days and i'm chasing them for 12 months. Too much pathetic service. They don't value one's money or time. Also now they have closed my request without proper reason and telling it cannot be repaired. Was this information helpful? |
