I purches mi note prime phone in 17 december 2015 through amazon.
My phone is not working properly, i was suffer this problem since may
Month, phone heating problem and battery problem (Phone temperature is
Above 47 or 48 degree), as discussed by your service center costumer.
I sent my phone in your service center through pick me service
(Inquiry no : [protected]) when i received phone but phone problem is
As it is and 2nd thing sum screw part is still missing in my phone
From your side, i also send you mail if you read.
I am again book my complaint for heating and battery back up problem,
Your service center costumer suggested me to visit your service
Center, in my location (Dehradun) service center up to 300 km (I. E
Delhi), i agreed, when i visit your service center in lajpat nagar. I
Ubmit my phone to your service center, 2 day after that he return my
Phone and they changed the mother board but they didn't inform me and
I also not aware about the imei number (Which is changed due to new
Motherboard)
Then i again book complaint for pick up my phone but no one respond to this.
