Mi Mobile — mobile hanging problem

I am Ritesh Gupta from Delhi
I purchased mi A2 Mobile..last month
But phone from 1st day hanging problem. Mobile no proper working from 1st day purchasrd. So please help me.I visit mi customer care but no issue resolved.Phone is updated from mi service center but mi A2 phone is very bed quality.so please change my phone asap.
