Mi — Not providing proper bill | |||||
I had taken mobile on 20th aug 2016 from mi official websit and from 3rd sep 2016 my mobile got switched off.i had went to the service center they told me dat bill is invalid bcoz imei number is not available on invoice.so they told me to bring proper bill with imei number.i had contacted mi customer care and they told me to mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com.but they didnt sent me proper bill with imei number.till 3rd sept mu mobile is switch off i waited 2-3 hrs sitting outside mi center in panaji as i saty in goa but they didnt help me bcoz of invoice from dat day i m finding everydifficult to look this matter.no one is giving proper reply.even i had called today morning they told me they will sent proper mail but till now i didnt get. i request you to kindly do the needfull urgently. my request is just to sent proper invoce with imei number as soon as possible. plz contact me in this number-[protected].
