Mi — phone replacement

My name is gourab nayak. I am from balimela, malkangiri, odisha. I bought a redmi note 8 phone from redmi store in raibabu street, jeypore, koraput, odisha on 11 february 2020. After a few days, some problem appeared in the display of my phone. I went to the mi service center with my phone. The problem that was coming in my display was not coming all the time and it used to come in some time.
Then those people updated the software in mobile and gave the phone back to me. Then after some time the same problem appeared again to me.
Then i took the mobile and go to the service center and tell them, sir, there is a problem in my mobile again, you do something. He said that i do not see the problem. You leave the phone with me for 2 days for the test. I had spoken with mi customer care before giving service center. After talking with the customer care, the test i had done in the phone and the phone failed in the test, then he said that you go and give the phone to the mi care.in the second day, i called the mi care and asked that sir, do found something about my phone. He said that some problem is not visible in your phone. He said that replace the display of your phone and give it to you. I said that my phone is not even 7 days old. I told him that if you really want to help me, then get my phone replaced. I do not want repair in the phone. I need a phone replacement. I am a student and i am having a problem with frequent visits.
Who will give my money by spending money that i am going to again and again? Those people are saying that the phone is fine. I need a replacement for the phone. Why was the problem within 7 days?
