Grievance details : i have purchased the product from mi company online (Mi 32 inches pro tv). I have purchased the product on 23-10-18 at 12:02. For this product i have took the loan from zest company in emi scheme and did the prepaid payment to mi company. Mi company has promised to deliver the order by 27-10-18. Till today i havent received the product and my emi for zest company is due on 23-11-18. I was continuously calling the courier company (Delivery courier partner) and mi company for the delivery of the product they keep on saying me 24 to 48 hrs or today it will be delivered since past 2 weeks and when i called 2 days back to courier partner they where telling me that we could not trace your order and we cant assure when the product will be delivered.
