Mi — Replacement of redmi note 3

Replacement of order [protected] [incident:[protected]]. Order has not been picked up till date. They have confirmed that order will be picked up from email but no services for replacement has been initiated till date. They are just fooling people in terms of replacement policy. I have purchased redminote 3 set and within 2 hours its starts hanging with mi logo. I have visited service centre jabalpur as per the process in mi but the service centre asked us to replace the order. We have done all processes as per requirement but the order has no been replaced yet.

I value your concern and as been discussed over call would like to inform you that we have all the necessary details of your's, so i am forwarding the concern to our logistic partner for the pickup of your device.
I would also like to inform you that the reverse pick up will be attempted only once from our side and if the attempt is failed, so the cost of sending product to the warehouse is to be bared by you. So i would request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to replace the device.:-

•please pack the product in the original box with the all the accessories or else it will not be considered for rvp (Reverse pick and drop).
•the invoice needs to be kept inside the box.
•please mention the amount value of your product as inr 4900/- on the box, since the device is defective now.
•mention the warehouse address over the box.

Warehouse address :
Xiaomi logistics, c/o dhl supply chain pvt. Ltd, plot nos. 193-197, 254-258, 137, 248-249 jigani link road, bommasandra industrial area, bangalore 562106, karnataka.

Once the device reaches our warehouse then it will take 5-7 working days for the replacement.

Hello
I have registered complaint in hotline and they have given complaint number as[protected]. As the mi service centre has asked for replacement of motherboard, we want to replace the product and the same has been suggested from hotline. Please replace the product on urgent & priority basis.

Also. I am trying hotline but line is busy. So i am unable to get in touch with any customer executive. Please call back in [protected] and solve the issue.in case you are not able to help i will be reporting issue to consumer court forum.

It is not starting. It is stuck with mi icon. I am not able to try any of your method. Please return the product immediately. Please check the product yourself. I understand that you are facing lagging issue in your phone. I know this is important for you. I will help you with this.

I request you to perform the below mentioned steps and check if the issue resolves,

setting installed app select every individual app clear cache and clear data. If the issue still persists then perform the reset,

Factory reset : please make sure that you create a back up before the reset,
1. Create a backup :
Go to settings additional setting backup and reset local backups backup select apps, accounts and contacts & deselect system backup.

2. Factory reset:
Go to settings — additional settings — scroll down and select backup & reset — scroll down and click on factory data reset — click on reset phone at the bottom.

3. Restore the backup :
Go to settings additional setting backup and reset local backups backup file restore.

If the issue still persists, then please visit the service center and get the device diagnosed. Also get back to us with the diagnosis report within 72 hours so that i can forward your request to the team.
