Mi Service Centre — Misbehaving / no proper answers etc... | |||
Hi I am jaydeep joshi from junagadh - gujarat. I have purchased mi 4i mobile from flipkart almost 4 months back. After three month i m facing display problem n network issue. I have submitted my mobile to mi service centre at judges buglow road ahmedabad which is 450km far from my city. They gave me jobsheet or work order number on 23rd march 2016 n told me once ur mobile complete they will call me. I said give me approx date so i can manage other mobile. But no single answer from them. Now after 20 complete days when i visited or call them theire is no any answer. I also complaint against then on service.[protected]@xiaomi.com before 5 days ago but same no single answer from mail.
