Mi — Terrible costumer service

My Redmi note 3 suddenly switched off and didn't work since 15 days.. I have been calling the customer service numbers and pick up service numbers a zillion times since then.. But they just keep convincing that they will call soon.. And than I keep waiting for a day And than again repeat the entire process ofcalling all numbers.
