Delivery pending from last 12 Days
I have ordered gym equipment treadmill not received even after paying full amount. I ordered on Oct paid via credit card, for which the delivery was scheduled by flipkart on or before 17 October. I contacted Customer Care again for several times also talked to their Senior Head mentioning my issue. they again give me the false assurances that they would mention the issue with concerned department solution will be provided to me at the earliest(promised reolution date- 18, 19, 20, 23). But what would I have known that they are just making a false promise to me get call from back-end team for resolution. I have not received call or any email from Flipkart team regarding delivery from back-end team.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a clear explanation for these failures and delivery without further delay. Flipkart customers deserve better treatment than this, and I trust that you will address this matter urgently and efficiently.
I expect to hear from you promptly regarding the steps you are taking to resolve this issue. even they are not allowing me to cancel my product and product lost in somewhere middle of shipping. Was this information helpful? |
