This refers to Complain of My Cellphone of MI -4I. I had display problem in my Phone and complained on 04.03.16, W.o. No.[protected] to service station located at FF-3, Kasturi Complex, Judges Bunglow Road, Opp Athithi Dining hall, Bodekdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054.
I have done Part payment of 2000/- for repairing of the same .I have been assured that my cell Phone will be handed over on 14.03.16 after doing necessary repairing with new display. After 14.03.16, I have repeatedly visited at above mentioned service center for delivery of my cell phone, but nobody was able to track my complain.
I have also called service centre on Landline no.[protected] on dtd. 18.03.16. But my complain was not tracked and I was not responded properly.
However giving advance payment and sufficient time(of 15 days), my complain was not even properly heard. I have repeatedly followed-up (by Personnel Visit and verbal complain on Phone.), but my complain was not handled and delivery of my cell phone was not done. As satisfactory response from service centre after daily personnel visit and regular telephonic follow-up was not given to me, I have been forced to complain on toll free no. [protected](complain No. 1296719) on dtd. 18.03.16.
After registering the complain on Toll free no. on dtd. 18.03.16, I have followed –up for the same with 19.03.16, call on 2:30 P.M. But till date my complain & my Phone was not traced by company and Company wants more 15 days to trace my Phone and complain details. I have doubt that aforesaid submitted Phone to MI-Service Station has been theft or Miss-Placed and because of that casual Approach, repairing of the same is not done after 15 days. Being Professional, I have been suffering lose of Rs.5000 to Rs. 7000/- per day because of Non-availability of my aforesaid submitted Smartphone.
Being Such reputed MNC Company, we have found very casual and non professional Response from MI- XIAOMI. You are requested to look in to the matter immediately and help me to resolve the issue.
