[Resolved]  MIBCO — Provident fund

I resigned from my previous company 27 June 2014, I submitted my claim for my provident fund in May 2014. I got divorced this year, they are delaying my claim now unnecessary. First they had the problem that the PE branch never released me and Johannesburg confirmed they are waiting for PE to release me, so that the can pay out the money. Today they call saying, that they waiting for my ex, she must first apply for provident fund, she must first be paid out before they can pay me my money. I feel this is totally unacceptable and unfair. Firstly why don't they pay me my share out, then when she applies, they can pay her share out at the end of the day this is my hard working money (I understand we were married in community of property). I need this money like in urgently, when I asked them how they going to get hold of her. They told me that is my problem, is that how u treat your customer, at the end of the day it is my money. Me and my ex -wife are not in contact for the last 6 years. I want this matter to be resolved a.s.a.p, because I feel they must pay my share out and keep hers. Regards David Klein [protected]
