To whom it may concern.

I have been a member of mibco since 30/09/2017, i have been contributing towards ill-health and death benefits. I have been trying to submit queries and requests to withdraw my funds for those two benefits as i will no longer be a member of mibco, contributing or work in motor industry. There must be a disclaimer or somekind of override rule/right/legal act, which states that i will be able to withdraw my benefits even when not deceased or ill, as i wont be contributing anymore, wont be a member anymore and wont be working in motor industry anymore. I have been a loyal member and have done my part. I do have othere policies in place, incase of death or ill health incident. I am the only breadwinner for my son. The only income i recieve is my salary which i work for everyday. I do not recieve maintenance, any contributions towards any household maintenance, no support from anyone else. I am in the progress of stablelising my sons future. My action plan consist of my benefits withdrawal. The rest of my action plan for my sons future, consist of other policies in place. I am merely explaining the importance of my personal feelings towards the benefits i paid. I feel that i have proven myself as loyal, trustworthy towards mibco covered clients in reaching the mibco goals and achievments towards company trough contributions and long term membership. I feel that whom ever is in charge of making decissions regarding my request, should bare in mind what i have stated above. Thank you

I submitted my forms for my holiday pay usually it take 2 days and the money is paid in no back and forth perfect service. I called in afterv3 days and the agents tells my it's their peak for holiday pay and my email is at the bottom of the list. She then tells me in basic terms she will attend to and I should be lucky she is attending to it else it would have only been looked at on Monday... as if she is doing me a favour. She didnt seem very helpful or interested at all! I then received an SMS saying I need to submit bank statements I then forwarded my initial email with bank statement attached to them. Hours later i received an email saying they dont deal with discovery bank. So I need to change banks to suit them? All they need to do is an EFT into my account simple. They do not need to "deal" with discovery. Wtf

          Resolved

I resigned from my previous company 27 June 2014, I submitted my claim for my provident fund in May 2014. I got divorced this year, they are delaying my claim now unnecessary. First they had the problem that the PE branch never released me and Johannesburg confirmed they are waiting for PE to release me, so that the can pay out the money. Today they call saying, that they waiting for my ex, she must first apply for provident fund, she must first be paid out before they can pay me my money. I feel this is totally unacceptable and unfair. Firstly why don't they pay me my share out, then when she applies, they can pay her share out at the end of the day this is my hard working money (I understand we were married in community of property). I need this money like in urgently, when I asked them how they going to get hold of her. They told me that is my problem, is that how u treat your customer, at the end of the day it is my money. Me and my ex -wife are not in contact for the last 6 years. I want this matter to be resolved a.s.a.p, because I feel they must pay my share out and keep hers. Regards David Klein [protected]
