We purchased honda city car in delhi from honda showroom in the year 2016,. As on date car running is only 25000 km approx.

The tiers have developed defects with chipping damaged through out the tyre in all tiers. We had got the tyre checked for the defects due to alignment and found that the tyre damage is not because of alignment problem.

The damage is abnormal and seems to be manufacturing defect.

Request you get it inspected and suggest your opinion for replacement as it looks to be manufacturing defect

I purchased a brand new tyres set of 4 around 2 months back...my tyres got damaged one by one immediately...one I have a raised a complaint through dealer and fixed a Stepney ... immediately another Tyre got damaged in next 3 hours and I don't have Stepney also this time and I suffered a lot for 3 hours on road ...and repaired with temporary fix...I have raised a complaint and there is no response from any on engineer or executive...dealer is also not responding ...callled to customer care several times and there is no response ...I am going to file a complaint through consumer court and file a case on ugly michlien guys...

I purchased honda city 2017 model in march. Ond of the tyer got faulty 2 months back. & again i am facing issues in another tyer. The quality is poor. People at your company used to tell us that the tyer is punched by something.. Plz tell me if your tyers are not made to run on roads basically in india. On roads, the tyer have to face such issues. That is normal. You should improve your quality of tyer rather to blam our driving skills & roads.
You refused my request for replacing the tyers. Must say, your tyers are very bad, low quality & must not buy by anyone.

Thanks for wasting my money.

Hi, am one of the victim of michelin tyres. My complaint nos 2 complaints reference nos are clga[protected] & clga[protected]. Are closed in the crm by sharing a fabricated report which has more of assumption. No technical feedback is shared. On tyre chipping am of full confidence that michelin has no customer feedback process in place. Any tom in the michelin organization can float a report. Ultimately customer suffers. Company is not ready to accept the quality failures... Passes the buck on customer usage... Very bad on michelin part...

II purchased the Michelin tyres 1 months before from K & k Tyre In gurgaon India. and one of the tyres got a bulge on the right side. I showed to the dealer who in turn called the Michelin Engineer. THe engineer had some discussion with the dealer and they discuss something withing themselves.

The engineer has inspected the Tyre and said that its due to some impact and there is a bulge on the side wall. The car run only 3000 km when I put the new tyres.

There is no mark on the Rim of any impact on the aloy wheels. The engineer has refuse to listen to my claim. Dealer has offered me a discounted Tyre so that, his sale can happen.

I would like Michelin Management to look into it else I am planning to file a consumer complaint against it. Any loss to the car or life due to defective tyre will be a sole responsibility of Michelin

I went to change tyres on 12/31 to the dealer whose details are provided below. The issue i currently have is that i asked them to put the ltx force model for my xuv500. The guy who was reviewing the prices from price list read the price of ltx force and i thought he is indeed putting the ltx force tyres on my vehicle. To my surprise he put the primacy suv. This is not the model i asked for. I revisited the dealer the next day and he somehow tried to convince me that he always mentioned primacy suv and not ltx force. Beyond a point, it was useless to argue with the dealer. Such dealers should be punished by the michelin india team. I am not happy with primacy suv since it gives lot of noise while driving. Here are the dealer details -

I purchased michelin tyres from an authorized dealer in goa. Within two years of time of purchase i observed that the rubber particles are chipping off which is serious. I registered the complaint on help line no wherein i was directed to send photo shots of the tyres. I did so. The technical representative based on photo shot concluded that this is due to aging of tyres.

My issue is how can one resolve the customer issue...

I have purchased 5 new tyres but out of 5 three tyres were some how damaged some or other issues like tyre puncture and puncture leakage. The recent one is damaged due to puncture leakage. I got fed up with the product that how come tyre damage without puncture from other places other than puncture place.

I am attaching the photos of one tyre which intially puncture then puncture was repaired but even after that the tyre got damaged from various places without any object which is putting a question mark on the quality of the tyre material.

I replaced two front tyres of my hyundai fluidic verna on 28/10/2018 from national tyres navsari. The tyre got 7 punctures in just 20 days on 18/11/2018 that to on the pune mumbai express way. The claim also rejected by just looking at the photos by their technical team... Joke of the era!!! Warranty is jst for selling their cheap types. So don't go for it. My mrf and apollo 5 yrs old tyre doing grt even though they have only 50% grip remaining... Still hasn't troubled me in the same trip. Either company is making third class product or dealer selling fake product.
Go for bridgestone or mrf or apollo tyres... Nowadays consider ceat as well. Never ever choose michelin product... I[censored] want peace of mind!!

I am using michelin tyres from more than 10 years with no complaints. So recently i replaced my old tyres with all new four michelin tyres 185/60/15 on dated 6/6/2018 from gurukirpa autos sector 45, chandigarh. But i am really very much disappointed this time as all of my four tyres got longitudinal cut marks as i communicate this with dealer from which i have purchased, but i did not get any solution. Please look into the matter

3 month back i purchased 1 byke tyre, it was puncher nearly 15times at the same point. Puncher shop said it is the complaint of tyre. I ask to dealer the same he says some tyres are come like that best u use tube for tubeless tyre. Now my question is y v purchase tubeless tyres and y we select this brand. It s very sad to select this company. Plz resolve this early

Hi, i always have a great regards towards michelin products, hence last nov, 17 i have replaced my existing two wheeler tyre tube set-both front & rear. However it's just than a year now that the rear tyres had worn-out with a crack & brokage this morning when i complete my drive to office. This is really aweful event that world call product hasn't withstand 7000kms. I demand the michelin team to conduct a detailed root cause analysis & provide me with an remedy by replacing my damaged rear tyres. Details of invoice:

I have Purchased a Honda city i-dtech car in 08-Feb-2016, from Prestige Honda Lally Motors, Pragpur, G.T.Road, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001. In my car all tyre of Michelin company. They have claiming my tyre is under warranty policy. I never been used spare tyre since i bought car, but on 29th September 2018 I have used spare tyre 1st time ever. The main reason is for that change is the tyre of driver side was riped off during traveling, and that was not any puncture or anything else. That was Manufacturing defect. I am sure about this because tyre of the co-driver side also blooming. For this concern I talked with our dealer Prestige Honda's Senior person and they clicked the picture of tyres and sent it to the Michelin Engineer for Inspection. Even for the same, I also registered a complaint of Michelin customer care number they told me concerned person will contact you but no one has contacted me yet. They mailed me 2 reports which I think they just made on behalf of pictures only. I insisted to person on customer care number that arrange a physical verification for tyres. But they denied to provide me best resolution. I already talked with their senior person too but, I received no justice. I wish you can help me out with this situation. I am sending you the report they have mailed me and even I will send you the picture of bloomed tyre, I marked on the defected area.

We have purchased two new tyres from Calicut tyres one month back. After one week the tyre got cracked and returned the tyres to Calicut tyres. Now, they have informed us to pay INR-2020 for new tyres.I feel very bad to inform you that, we are not satisfied with your service from the dealer and your representative. At least you have to take responsibility for at least one week.

I had purchased a tyre for my açtiva from the shop nearby my house on 24th april, 2018. I asked the shopkeeper to put the best tyre for my açtiva. He suggested that michelin is the best tyre for two wheelers nowadays. I agreed to put the michelin for my açtiva for replacing the rear tyre. Since then i am fàcing problem in the rear tyre of activa regularly. On 28th april i got petrol from the petrol pump got air checked too. On 1st may, 2018 while i was getting ready for my duty i saw that the tyre which was replaced one week back was flat. I got late from my duty. I asked the shopkeeper about this problem, he told me that it was due to rim of activa. On that day he adjust ed the rim with tyre and told me that the problem will not reoccur. After about one week again while coming from duty the rear tyre suddenly got deflated. I had to call the mechanic and get the rear tyre checked, it was observed by the meçhanic that it was the problem of the tyre. I had pay the labour to the mechanic. Again on 15th may, 2018 while coming from the market the same problem occured. I reported the complaint to the shopkeeper from the tyre was purchased. The shopkeeper advised me to replace the rim with new one. Next day i purchased a new genuine rim from honda genuine spareparts shop. The shopkeeper replaced the rim and set the tyre in the rim. The same problem has problem has occured about 4-5 times even after replacing the rim. Today again while i had to go to the market i took my açtiva off the stand the rear tyre was flat. I reported this to the shopkeeper again today. He has kept my tyre alongwith rim at his shop. This is my worst experience with michelin tyre. I have spent approximately 2700/- rupees since the purchase of this tyre. I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

On 11th april 2018 i have purchased a michalien pilot street 150/60 17 model for my duke 390. The cost of the tyre is 6400 and it's an thailand made. Actually this is the first time i switched to michalien from metzler. Although metzler is a great product but i thought let's try something new. But now i am not happy with my decision because after 25 days/500km ride only, i noticed the air is licking than i checked with michael customer care and they provided me the area manager phone number and as discussed with him i took my bike to them on 11th may to their official dealer at morning 11 o'clock. And here they started comedy saying that tyre is fine there is a problem with your alloy and valve, than after arguing with them they finally said okay we filled the pressure, so take your bike and if still the pressure decrease than bring the bike at evening and same i have informed to the area manager also and he also told the same. So i took my bike back and and upon checking at my bike at 3 o'clock i found the air pressure is decreasing (Ovhiously the dearship guy was just playing with me, why should they will bother because they already sold their product) and again i take the flat tyre to the dealership point and this they told their is a puncture but i didn't find any kel over there and may be because i again ride the flat tyre to dealership point. So i asked them for replacing the tyre but they denied saying that it's my fault and it's a puncture so warranty will not cover, so i take a video and i have sent that video to the area manager and he said just wait. (Fyi just wait mean 3 hour's of waiting). And after 3 hour he called me and told me take your bike back with the damage tyre so i asked him whether i need to do puncture or not but he told no need to do anything our team will will provide you the feedback on monday. So again they made me to ride the bike with the damage tyre. So after 3 days on monday i didn't get call from anyone from michael so i called them and i got a feedback that i have to do puncture scince it's my mistake.
So now here is my question if you had a intension like this than why didn't you tell me on the first date first hour, why you simply play with my time and also with my life because riding a flat tyre is not safe. And now my tyre is more damage because as per your area manager advise i took the flat tyre while coming from the dealership point. It's not about puncture or replacing a tyre it's all about how you are serving your coustomer and sorry to say this but michalien you harassed me. Worst experience ever. I never expected a after sell service like this from a brand like michalien.

. Hello i have purchased honda wrv last year from dehradun divine honda.. I have got michelin tyres in it but after only few days one of the tyre started inflatting and i can see a clear bump in the tyre... After the long discussion and arguement with the company itself, they agreed to change the tyre but after charging 25%cost of the tyre.
Now as i can see 2 more tyres are having a bump..
Your company got a very good raport in the market and i want to make it clear, what is all covered in the warranty as smaller indian companies like apollo, ceat, mrf etc. Are easily giving 2-3 replacement warranty on their tyres so please clarify what all michelin covers under their warranty clause.
Please specify and revert asap as i am sick and tired of your poor product performances and pathetic customer service and i am very soon taking this matter to the customer forum..
P. S. Either your company is making low quality products or your vendor is selling duplicate or used product to the innocent customers.

I have purchased a pair of tyre size 195/60 R15 Michelin on 17/12/2016 from Winni Wheels, Ulubari at Guwahati Assam. But both the tyre showing cut marks in outside of the tyre & one tyre was damaged in that marks on 4/3/2018. At the time of purchased my odometer was 67403 & now it is 89200. It's only 22000 km running. Why this problem showing after company gives a warranty of 6 yrs/ 100000 kms on that tyres???? I want the result asap for the lost...
