Michelin India — New tire burst

We purchased 4 michelin tyres size on 10 dec 2016from n mehta wheels their invoice no. S 2354 dt.10/12/16
On 10/april the front left tire had burst. The tyre was inspected case no. Clmh[protected] & we had purchase new tire from n mehta wheels invoice no.[protected] on 18/4 you sent us a msg saying that you will adjust rs. 12, 600 in our next purchase.
Are you playing game or just ignorant, which means that we will wait for 4 years to get rs, 12, 600.
If i do not get full refund i will file a case in the consumer court. Pls reply.
