Hi, am not getting proper support from Michelin, I observed that I have seen some manufacturing defects in the tyre and I called ip consumer helpline to support ad this may risk life of mine and people travel in Car due to this defect. Can you guys look into priority or else I have to move to consumer court as this is related to life of people travelling in vehicle and if there is any tyre burst. Dec 24, 2021 Updated by kabier There are few management people involved like Manish Pandey, Gaganjot Singh but they are not responding to us. We are waiting for the issue reported as the quality of the rubber used in the tyre. They are not entertaining, one of its employee threaten me over phone as well and told me that noone is Michelin is going to respond your email as there are many such customers like me come and go.
