[Resolved] Michelin India — quality issues in tyres

I purchased michelin tyres from an authorized dealer in goa. Within two years of time of purchase i observed that the rubber particles are chipping off which is serious. I registered the complaint on help line no wherein i was directed to send photo shots of the tyres. I did so. The technical representative based on photo shot concluded that this is due to aging of tyres.

My issue is how can one resolve the customer issue based on photo shot. The representatives are not ready to accept the quality issues and so as the company not ready ti improve. I have spent huge amount trusting the brand.

No solution has been accorded to me and the complaint indicates as resolved. Pls help...

Company have shared a fabricated report which do not indicate the actual defect. The report is based on assumptions which are incorrect. It appears as if the Sr. Management is unfocused on quality issues raised by the customers
