Michelin India — Tyre bust

i have purchased new city and miliage 2500km when tyres where bust.
i was driving my car at the good road with the speed of 70km
late i have gone to our honda showroom from which i have brought my car
i have took tyre and told me that it will be replaced soon by the michelin
after 2 3 days they called me and told me that the michelin engneer have rejectd
to gave replacement of tyre and gave the one sheet of inspection paper
and whitten in that bust caused due to low tyre presure bt we i was going outside that day
my driver firstly have checked the tyres pressures then how they can tell me that
and after that i called the call center they are the cheep category people they dont know how to talk with
customers they think that they are the GOD there tyres will not be deffective or will cause any thing any think happed to that tyres are
