Micro incept running by fraud yatesh, he is a 100% cheat, he looted my money rs.7500/- (advance) for creating multi seller website, he cheated by people giving today offer 50% discount only full payment, after atmost he can negotiate only moto to get money from you. After receiving the money he never care about his promising commitment, if you give domain choice he can register in the ownership of his name, you can never claim, he never give cpanel details, his hosting server is always slow and useless, what ever you asked like gmail login like features he may change rs.10000 for additional, he never give demo admin login for seeing the features. If you want to see admin demo login you have to pay full amount otherwise he won't give demo credentials. These are all advance paid after experiences.
He give quote for 10 choice of template but he don't have 10 choices. He is having only one choice template he forcibly to give this is the best template.

It is very unfortunate that this issue arised. We are always very helpful to our clients and try to resolve any concern they have even if we have to walk an extra mile and give an out of the box solution:
Let us first put forth the solution we offered over our mail communication to settle the issue:
"We will grant you the admin panel credentials to your website, which will enable you to start using it for your business. You can take 3 month time to judge our service. We will provide you all the support & training as we do usually for all our clients during this period. We will discuss about your experience with us after this period. We are very sure that you will not be disappointed with our service. If you are satisfied you can make the remaining payment and can choose to continue on our hosting or get your website deployed on your hosting after this period of 3 months."
You denied for this and asked us not to call or mail you further and didn't make us the remaining payment also yet.
Now lets see the issues :
1. It is quite evident from the mail communication there was no issue related to the work as we clarify all your queries and provided you the best possible solution under the package offered to you. It started over the delivery process as you changed the domain and asked us to hand over the website's source code to you without getting the final payment which is not the trend in our business.
2. You provided the domain names as giomax.in & giomax.net via mail to start the work when the work completed and we asked for the final payment you told that you want the website on another domain aptix.in and asked us to change the website to that domain and transfer the website to your hosting which is not acceptable under the same project.
3. There was no fight over the domain name ownership as it was changed to your name as soon as we bought them, you needed to verify the email form Bigrock to get the process completed. This went quite fine and we can't recall any fight over it. You made it a trust issue in later communication, which we tried to clarify several times. We have no benefit of keeping a client's domain to our name as we don't want to be responsible for any business done by the client through his/her website so we always change the ownership details to the customer's details and we specifically ask for these details via mail before buying the domain names as we did in this case also.
We have tried to help you out on your trust related issue in every possible way but you seems to have some very serious misunderstanding about our company. We will like to re-iterate that every client's work is important for us and we try to get any issues resolved in best possible way.
