Very Big Fraud company. Totally Fraud and Cheat Person Mr Yatesh Kumar is running this company, who does not know anything about IT. In first meeting he will impress you with big talks but as he gets money from you will stop responding slowly, Friends please beware of this company. It my personal experience. I gave a very big project of Developing a portal to this company, they started developing on wordpress, just this fake people inserted few Free Plugins and that's all, now the Cheater Yatesh Chaudhary is even not bother to pick the phone. And the most important, his tick of cheating is that he will not show you anything of your website until unless you give him full payment. Reallly Fraud and Cheat is very small world for this company and for this person Yatesh Kumar Chaudhary.

People working in this company are totally illiterate, they dont know anything about website, Just they are doing copy paste from somewhere. Never trust to this company. They are thief., cheaters. I would say about Mr. Yatesh Chaudhary who is owner of this company, whenever You meet him first time he will talk to you in very impressive way like he is the generator of Microsoft, he will give you examples of his expertise of working with TCS etc. but the truth is that he does not know anything, after giving your project to him whenever you ask to do anyyything in website directly he will say its not possible. I can not be done, He is really a cheap person, don't know how he says himself an computer literate.
Dear Baby Shaw, We checked our customer data but couldn't find any project information with this name. We can say that we didn't have any such client. This certainly seems to be a fake complaint by looking at the name. If there is really a concern you can let us know the details about it and we will try to address it reasonably.
To the people who are making a mind about us by reading this complaint, we would like you to know that we give a very clear cut proposal for all projects and we mention what services we will provide and what material is to be provided from the customer. We also mention the time taken to complete the project and the payment schedule.

Again sorry to say but we do not have any client with name Suhani Sen. Even the complaint doesn't seems to be a complaint, no mention of the project and the problem faced by the customer. We definitely love to help our client if they faced any trouble from our end. But this kind of rough & bashing comment with a different name will not help any o[censored]s in anyway.

He has experience of working on Fortune 500 companies. He is always there to talk to any client as and when needed and try to provide as much support to the clients as possible. Sometimes clients have certain expectations which are out of the context of the project and doesn't fit with the discussion, proposal & budget decided before the beginning of the project hence we have to deny them or ask for additional budget or time.

BSeema also doesn't exist on our client list. We don't think that it is from any of our client and seems to be completely fake with a very abusive and rude language.

Mr. Yatesh is a cheat, fraud, he dont have a knowledge in web developing, some ware he copied and resell the product, if you ask one small correction he cant do anything. because he know only how to cheat people. first he said i am the employee, but he is a owner. he give offer to 50% pay full amount offer ends today only. after i negotiate, he accept all my request then he calls back to get money from me, given domain name he register him self, before he get all your contact information for domain registration. if you dont check you will loose finally the big threat. i got offer from the same above rs.30000 multiseller website rs.15000/- 50% offer. but i have not paid Rs.15000/- i negotiate and paid rs.7500/- balance completion of work terms. every way he trying to get balance amount. he said 10 template choices, but he denied not to show.

It is very unfortunate that this issue arised. We are always very helpful to our clients and try to resolve any concern they have even if we have to walk an extra mile and give an out of the box solution:
Let us first put forth the solution we offered over our mail communication to settle the issue:
"We will grant you the admin panel credentials to your website, which will enable you to start using it for your business. You can take 3 month time to judge our service. We will provide you all the support & training as we do usually for all our clients during this period. We will discuss about your experience with us after this period. We are very sure that you will not be disappointed with our service. If you are satisfied you can make the remaining payment and can choose to continue on our hosting or get your website deployed on your hosting after this period of 3 months."
You denied for this and asked us not to call or mail you further and didn't make us the remaining payment also yet.
Now lets see the issues :
1. It is quite evident from the mail communication there was no issue related to the work as we clarify all your queries and provided you the best possible solution under the package offered to you. It started over the delivery process as you changed the domain and asked us to hand over the website's source code to you without getting the final payment which is not the trend in our business.
2. You provided the domain names as giomax.in & giomax.net via mail to start the work when the work completed and we asked for the final payment you told that you want the website on another domain aptix.in and asked us to change the website to that domain and transfer the website to your hosting which is not acceptable under the same project.
3. There was no fight over the domain name ownership as it was changed to your name as soon as we bought them, you needed to verify the email form Bigrock to get the process completed. This went quite fine and we can't recall any fight over it. You made it a trust issue in later communication, which we tried to clarify several times. We have no benefit of keeping a client's domain to our name as we don't want to be responsible for any business done by the client through his/her website so we always change the ownership details to the customer's details and we specifically ask for these details via mail before buying the domain names as we did in this case also.
We have tried to help you out on your trust related issue in every possible way but you seems to have some very serious misunderstanding about our company. We will like to re-iterate that every client's work is important for us and we try to get any issues resolved in best possible way.

It is a quite evident your ara a fraud, you don't have 10 template choices, your web host server is too slow, my domain choices you have created your owner ship. If you are genuine, I am not satisfied your service, why you are not refund my money? Its a readymade website, its not created for me. Then way you are keeping my money?
Micro incept running by fraud yatesh, he is a 100% cheat, he looted my money rs.7500/- (advance) for creating multi seller website, he cheated by people giving today offer 50% discount only full payment, after atmost he can negotiate only moto to get money from you. After receiving the money he never care about his promising commitment, if you give domain choice he can register in the ownership of his name, you can never claim, he never give cpanel details, his hosting server is always slow and useless, what ever you asked like gmail login like features he may change rs.10000 for additional, he never give demo admin login for seeing the features. If you want to see admin demo login you have to pay full amount otherwise he won't give demo credentials. These are all advance paid after experiences.

This is either a fake complaint or a disgruntled client (which happen in business often) not ready to understand his part of the problem. I got my work done from same company and I am very satisfied with their service and also the after sale service. Just returning the favour of getting awesome work done as I read this review before giving the project to them and promised them to give response to this review if I get good work.
Also I would like to mention that Mr. Yatesh is a really nice person. But a good professional however good he is can only help you if you listen to him and trust him. I got to talk to him several times during my project and never felt any lack of knowledge, he always had answer to all my queries.

All are the fake complaints because i am also a client of this company and they are very good. I got complete project of my website that they have committed to me. My next project also going with micro Incept technologies. these fake complaints only for them they like to drop micro incept brand name. For Proof i also attached
