Micro Max Service Center — Unsatisfactory services

Sir,

Today I went to your authorised service center at 115, I st floor, anand Plaza udaipur -Rajasthan . My complaint was of battary not charging properly, but at sevice center they upload the software and they charge Rs 250/- for the software, and they did not give the receipt for that even for demanding for the receipt.

The problem is still not resolved. pl, take Action for your co. reputation.

Also pl. write what I should do for not charging the batter of Micro max..
