Micromax A - 290 — Cell phone not refunded

I submit my mobile (A - 290) canvas cameo knight in micromax service centre ashok vihar on 17. 07. 15 then they said it will go to head office for repair till then they have no information about repair & replace. They said it would take 30 days to get the replacement and we waited for 1month. Then when we called and checked they said it would take another 10 days. Since it has a problem with blank screen and over heating. But more than one month had passed & they are unable to bring my phone back, stating that the gurgaon (Main service head quarter) office is not sending the cell phone which is required to resolve the issue. . .
