[Resolved]  Micromax A065 — mobile replace

the written letter to the coustmer care of micromax is as follows:-sir i have bought a micromax A065 mobile on 27/8/14. after buying the mobile started giving me range problem, so on 7/10/14 i submitted my mobile to care centre at swargate pune. where they sent my mobile to the head office for further assistance & told me that i'll get back in 45 days but they faild to do so. Then i revisited the care centre & i got to know that they had given me micromax A075 mobile phone in replace to my A065 which was totally unfair. so did not accept the given phone to me & so i got a "complaint number- MMX[protected]". but i am not getting a good response. so i request to look after this mail & re-contact me on this. and i would also like to say that the given time has exceeded far from the real date of time so please look after this & give me A065 replaced or similar to it not like as A075 or i need to go to the CONSUMER FORUM.
