Micromax A089 — Phone not returned from service center from last 3 months | |||||
My handset was micromax bolt A089 and jobsheet no-8798(C) given for servicing at M/S New Tirupati Cellulars, Shop no. 2&3, Esteem Tower, Mumbai-Pune Rd, Kharalwadi, Pimpri, Pune-411018 in Sept 2015.The phone had problem of switching on.They told me that the mother board had to be changed & asked to come after 10 days.But after 10 days also phone was no repaired.After so many calls & follow ups they didn't returned my phone. My phone was under warranty when given for servicing. I want my phone back in working condition. Service center response is worst. I am also going to legally complain about this to Consumer Forum.
