FROM BINOY TO MICRO MAX SUB : DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE SIR, I AM OWNING A MICROMAX A240 MOBILE HANDSET PURCHASED FROM YOUR AUTHORISED SHOP WITH IME/ESN NO: [protected]/[protected] WITH MODEL CODE SERMOB031. THAT THE ABOVE SAID SET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I APPROACHED CELLCARE ONE OF YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AT AKM BUILDING KODIMATHA, KOTTAYAM AND THE SET WAS KEPT THERE FOR 45 DAYS AND THE DEFECT WAS NOT CURED AND THAT BEING THE CONDITION THE SET WAS RETURNED BACK AND I GAVE IT TO M/S MOBILE POINT, NEAR ANASWARA THEATER, PALACE ROAD, KOTTAYAM ONE OF YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AND GIVEN THE HANDSET THERE ON 22/9/2014 THROUGH MY FRIEND SANJU AND THE JOB SHEET WAS GENERATED WITH NO. S[protected]. THE SAID COMPLAINT HAS OCCURRED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SO FOR MY COMPLAINT IS NOT REDRESSED. NEW YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLES WERE NOT REPAIRING THE PHONE BECAUSE OF NON SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FROM YOUR PART. I BEING A CUSTOMER AND THE MOBILE HANDSET IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD YOU ARE BEHIND TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT OF THE MOBILE HANDSET FREE OF COST. IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING NECESSARY ACTION TO REPAIR MY HANDSET WITHIN 7 DAYS. I WILL BE FORCED TO INITIATE APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU HELPING AN EARLY POSITIVE DECISION. THANKING YOU.
