Oct 21, 2015 I want to raise a complaint against micromax service centre. They took so long to repair the phone, employees doesn't even have sense to talk to the customers. Most of all they locked my device without my permission, i didn't check that at the time of delivery but later. Now when i called them they denied to accept that they locked my device and was very rude to me and they hung up on me. After that they've been dodging my calls, not answering, what is that? They really pissed me off i mean is that the way to handle a customer? Kindly look forward to it, resolve the matter, i want an action against them, I would really appreciate your help.
