Micromax A290 — Mob not work after 1 months

I purchase new mob micromax A290 and use sometime then mob has been not wk. Then I send mob micro care center for repair but no reply for my mob and not receiving after one month. I am very disappointed by micro mob service and appointment so please reply my compliant. I am wrt complaint in care on telephone comn and compliant no[protected] not any response.
