Micromax A300 — Delay in returning the mobile set even after one month | |||||
My job sheet number s[protected].SET WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICE ON[protected].even after one month you have not returned after service.When contacted your office through phone number [protected] every week, Customer care people are telling like still not get repaired and they are telling you have to contact service center, If i call services center people is telling its in head office its in head office every alternative days, you have to wait 15 days 15 days it seems by telling this from past one month when i called them same dailouge, i am really feed off this . If mobile dont get repaired i told them to replay new mobile they are not ready for that also. customer care person was informed that your Executive would contact me in 24 hours.I don't whether your 24 hours is more than two weeks. Today when I repeated my attempt, I am asked they sait to wait for 15more days. This is too bad and worst srevices. Did I make a mistake by purchasing your so called product? . I told the customer care people and service center people many time to replace my mobile set but no use. from both side people are playing with me. If i dont get my mobile with in next week directly i am gonna a case file in consumer court, after that you people have to suffer a lot, i have recoreded the call logs also of they spoke i'll submitt those proofs in court.
