Micromax A300 — No result even after 32 days submission a300

I bought a Micromax a 300 few months back after few months use it started hanging for hours, but I ignored it as it was not happening that frequently but later went so frequent . I reported this to Gaya(Bihar) service centre, they took my phone for one day updated the software nothing changed they then took my phone and sent it to Delhi saying that it will be replaced after 32 days long period they again the same phone was handed to me and the same problem occurred within two days o[censored]se. When I reported this to the service executive he told me that it will again go Delhi and will take around 30 days . What the f this is.. I seriously regret on my decision of purchasing a Micromax.
