I have purchased one Micromax a350 on 16/08/2014 for Rs.21200. I am a habitual buyer of micromax only. But my phone a350 has some problem recently.The phone is automatically switching off and on.when i approached the Micromax service center Abu communication, TlirunelveTamilnadu-627001, they did not response properly and without checking my mobile properly they answered in a lethargic manner and informed me it has a board problem and has to be replaced. Since one year has completed they said there is no warranty for my phone and advised me to purchase a new one by exchanging the A350. I wondered and was very sad within one year how it got a board problem.I am a middle class man it is not possible to me to change mobile every year. I purchased micromax only on the hope that it will give more life at least minimum 2 to 3 years. I made an complaint to micromax company through mail id.But they also simply replied to contact the service center again without giving any proper solution. I am mentally depressed with the lethargic activities of the micromax company.kindly do the needful to settle my issue.
