[Resolved] Micromax — A67 COmplaint / Bad support | |||
Hi, I bought a A67 BOLT phone by[protected] and i used it hardly for 3months and the display got broke. I gave it to the Micromax service centre in Trivandrum(Smart Solutions, Plamoodu, Trivandrum) by[protected] and they told in 10 working days they would change the display ( JOB SHEET NO.S[protected] and finally after lot of enquires the display/touch got changed, ie it took more than 5 months for this. But after coming home the phone was not working ( couldn't check it at the service centre, because there was no charge in the phone and they told that the battery was full dry) .Again I had to go back to service centre and that time they told about board complain and again had to register a complain on[protected] JOB SHEET NO .R1408FKER1145837).They told we could get the phone repaired in the next 10 working days but it took nearly 2 months . when we called them on[protected] they said the phone is ready and you can collect it . But the same thing happened again, phone was not working as they were not able to register the IMEI NUMBER for the new board as they were having some issues in the Micromax site. They said it would get ready in half an hour, but had to wait for a full day in the service centre and by the closing time they said to come again next day. It was really frustrating. But the next day when we called them their was no response from the service centre which happens most of the time, either the phone will be busy or no one will attend the call. Finally we got the line on Saturday[protected]and we got the phone But Now my phone is not working again properly, >>>It gets hanged up and then restarts frequently >>>The screen stays white for a long time ad nothing is displayed >>>Front cam not working All these are after changing the board. Now finally I am fed up of going to that service centre again as I know I have to wait for a couples or more months again . My warranty period also has expired. Feeling sad that my phone was in workshop than i have used it . I am not interested to go to the service station again and give the phone.
